cyclohexamine I think, in phenyl amine the pair of electrons enters into resonance with the ring

It is true, resonance has an important influence on basicity. Bases that delocalize the charge by resonance are weak.

The question was not a joke, I had forgotten the detail that the o-m-p- nomenclature is used in disubstituted compounds :/. Ok, let's compare p-phenylmethylamine vs m-phenylmethylamine.
