Well, in the Organic Chemistry classes at the university, the oxidation of aldehyde to carboxylic acid was also considered, if I am wrong, what should be used there, potassium dichromate?

Hello Metal... Now yes, you are correct.
The oxidation of aldehydes to acids is not a problem. But if you guarantee that it stays in aldehyde, you comply with PCC or Collins' reagent. Greetings.

Check the oxidation of aldehydes to carboxylic acids with Ag2O only oxidizes that functional group. Comment me later.
