Dear Chemical Engineers,

I am starting a business in which I seek to process the avocado pulp, package it and seal it as if it were yogurt.

My question is: What natural and/or artificial preservatives can my product contain so that it does not rust and discolor? Thank you in advance and I really appreciate your answers.
