German Fernandez Out of line Administrator Messages: 2711 Thanks received: 661	Hello, aldohexoses are reducing agents because they have an aldehyde group with the possibility of oxidation. The aldehyde is oxidized to carboxylic acid and reduced to the oxidant used. Greetings
