The last one from wikipedia based on 1,2,3-propanetriol as the starting product, the explanation of the mechanism is quite poor, there are many gaps, at one point there is a 2 propenol with a formal charge +1 in the C ipso but they tell me that benzoamine attacks with its 2 e the beta position of alcohol, there are no detailed and well-argued explanations of the mechanism anywhere.
